If you don't get 15 qualified leads in your first 60 days live, we refund every dollar you paid us for those 60 days. And we keep working until you hit 15. Your Google spend goes to Google, so it isn't part of the refund.
What counts as a lead
A real person in your service ZIPs who is one of these: a Local Services lead Google charged you for and didn't credit back; a first-time caller to your Jobwinch number who stays on the line at least 60 seconds; or a form sent from your site. Spam, repeat callers and existing customers don't count.

Is there a long contract?
60 days minimum, because that's how long the guarantee runs. After that it's month to month. Cancel by email, effective at the end of that billing month.
What if I don't get 15 leads?
We refund what you paid us for those 60 days, all of it, and we keep running everything until you hit 15. We do the final count on day 75, because Google takes up to 30 days to credit back bad Local Services leads. The 4 conditions are listed above and in the Terms.
Who owns the Google accounts, the site and the number?
You do. Your Google Ads and Business Profile stay in your name and your ad spend goes on your card. If you leave, you keep your accounts, your domain and a free copy of your site, and we help you move the number.
Does a bot text my customers?
When someone texts in or you miss a call, an assistant replies from your number. Its first message says it's an automated assistant. It asks what they need and suggests a time, but it never quotes prices and never confirms a visit until you tap Confirm. Type in the thread and it steps back.
When can we start?
Start dates are Dec 7 or later. Check your area now and book the call.
Why do I pay Google directly?
So you can see every dollar of spend in your own account, and we never mark it up. The app shows the same number, pulled straight from Google.
What if a lead is spam or a wrong number?
It doesn't count toward your 15. The Results page lists every excluded lead so you can check our math.
Do I have to learn new software?
If you can text, you can use it. Open the app, see who's waiting, tap Call. That's most of it.
